Shop Applied Graphics (SAG)
Shop applied graphics are sign applications that take place at our shop. These include changes to an existing sign that is brought here by the customer, vehicle graphic changes, etc. In order to make this process as smooth as possible, please ensure that the surface where we will removing and applying graphics to is clean and clear of tears and scratches. A sign older than 3 years may have little time left, sometimes it's better to invest in a new sign. Finally, make sure the amount of changes to your sign is not too extensive; most of the time it's cheaper to get a brand new sign.
Field Applied Graphics (FAG)
Field applied graphics are sign applications that take place at a place determined by the customer. These include changes to an existing sign and new sign installations. In order to make this process as smooth as possible, please make sure that the sign or place of install has been spotted or someone will be available to let our installers know where this is located. If changes need to be made to the sign, please ensure that the surface where we will removing and applying graphics to is clean and clear of tears and scratches. If a survey needs to be done prior to install, survey charges may apply.
When applying graphics to a vehicle or trailer, we need to measure the area and take pictures of the vehicle for proofing and pricing purposes. Please stop by at your convenience and we will measure it and take the pictures for you. One of the most common problems with vehicle applications is when the vehicle is brought to our shop without being properly clean. This is OK, but please be aware that cleaning charges will be added to your project. The best way to prevent cleaning charges is to clean the vehicle the morning before you bring it in. Applications on vehicles may take anywhere from one hour to a few days to complete, please check with your artist for an estimated time of completion, you may need a ride to and from our shop.If your project will take more than a day to complete be aware that for insurance reasons, we cannot keep vehicles in our shop; they need to be picked up by closing time and brought back the following morning.
